Our calculators use established, peer-reviewed formulas (Mifflin-St Jeor for TDEE, Brzycki for 1RM, Navy method for body fat). They provide good estimates, but individual results vary. Use them as a starting point and adjust based on your real-world progress over 2-4 weeks.
Which calculator should I start with?
